VISIONS OF ATLANTIS Guitarist Injures Hand, Band Cancel Dates

Austrian "epic metal" band VISIONS OF ATLANTIS have been forced to cancel all their previously announced shows in January after the group's guitarist, Werner Fiedler, injured his hand.

"We are very sorry, but it is not possible to manage a substitute for Werner in such a short time," the band write on their web site. "We will definitely be on the road a lot this year, so always check out our [web site for an updated schedule]."

VISIONS OF ATLANTIS released their latest album, "Cast Away", last November through Napalm Records/SPV. The CD was recorded and mixed by Peter O. Moritz at Radwerk 14 Studios in Austria and was mastered by Ue Nastasi at Sterling Sound in New York City.
